“Sport in the early days of the School, as now, was looked
upon as an essential part of School life, and it is interesting to
read in the chronicles of the School how boating (first and
always the favourite sport during Miss Badham’s regime), then
tennis, swimming, fencing, basketball and hockey gradually
came into favour.”
